Frequently asked questions
Everything about applying for jobs on Resumye by voice — no resume, no laptop, in your own language.
What is Resumye?
Resumye is India's first voice-first job marketplace for blue-collar workers. Instead of writing a resume, you record a short voice introduction in your own language and Resumye turns it into an English profile that employers can read. It is available in 12 Indian languages.
How do I apply for a job on Resumye?
Open Resumye, choose your language, and tap the red microphone. Speak for up to 60 seconds — your name, your experience and the work you want — then tap Stop. Resumye builds your English CV automatically and sends it to the employer. There is no typing, no laptop and no written resume needed.
Is Resumye free for jobseekers?
Yes. Creating a profile, recording your voice and applying to jobs is completely free for workers.
Which languages can I use on Resumye?
Twelve: English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada, Gujarati, Urdu, Odia, Punjabi and Malayalam. You apply in your own language and the employer receives a clear English profile.
Do I need a resume, a computer or typing skills?
No. All you need is a phone and your voice. Resumye is built for workers who do not have a written resume and prefer to speak rather than type.
What kinds of jobs are on Resumye?
Blue-collar and service roles across India — driver, delivery executive, electrician, plumber, carpenter, security guard, cook, waiter, housekeeping, factory worker, retail staff, helper and more.
Are the employers on Resumye genuine?
Yes. Employers are background-verified before they can post jobs, and walk-in drives are clearly marked so you can meet recruiters directly with your Aadhaar.
Is my personal data safe on Resumye?
Yes. Resumye complies with India's DPDP Act 2023. You can download or permanently delete all of your data at any time from your profile.
How do employers see my application?
Employers receive an AI-generated English CV created from your voice recording, along with your voice clip, so they can also hear you in your own words.
Which cities have jobs on Resumye?
Jobs are posted across major Indian cities including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Coimbatore and Surat, with more added regularly.
