KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform all duties of the HR role professionally and on time • Work with the team and supervisor to hit daily targets • Follow all safety, hygiene and quality guidelines • Report issues or delays to the team lead promptly REQUIREMENTS • Prior experience as HR preferred but freshers with the right attitude are welcome • Basic communication in Hindi or English • Willing to work shifts if required WHAT WE OFFER • Monthly salary paid on time • Paid weekly off + statutory leave • Skill development and promotion track
